Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a Reference Data Services Analyst trainee to support data remediation across Clients and Security Coding systems. The role covers APAC hours with occasional EMEA shifts, focusing on accuracy, process adherence and timely delivery.

You will analyse data quality, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with global teams to drive improvements while maintaining strong service to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining client static data in a capital markets environment.
• Ability to own and deliver allocated work.
• Proficient in data remediation processes and root-cause analysis.
• APAC hours experience with potential EMEA shifts.

Responsibilities

• Remediates data in the Clients and Security Coding systems.
• Performs trend analysis and identifying root causes.
• Implements or suggests solutions based on the root cause analysis.
• Liaises with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated.
• Provides a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders.
• Owns ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion.
• Provides tangible metrics to Management.
• Appropriately assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
