Responsibilities include researching titles, maintaining records, advising on regulatory matters, and supporting counsel in litigation preparation and asset disposition. The role emphasizes accuracy, diligence, and formal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the conduct of due diligence and review of properties eyed for investment, including site inspection, technical research, document validation, and verification of involved parties.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining a system for monitoring and accounting of real property assets and related records (OCT, TCT, maps, contracts, permits) to ensure accessibility.
• Assist in securing and protecting the Company's ownership and enjoyment over real properties, monitoring related cases and claims.
• Assist in protecting and defending the rights over disputed properties, assessing ownership/possession issues and advising management on disposition.
• Assist the handling counsel in research, documentation and preparation of requirements for lawsuits involving properties, taxes, permits and licenses.
• Assist in the disposal of Non-Essential Real Property Assets.
• Assist the Real Property Manager in providing legal advice and services on matters with legal consequences, including counselling and regulatory/documentation tasks.
• Draft and review contracts and other legal documents involving the company to ensure policy compliance.
