Job summary

Stone of David Corporation is seeking a Junior Project Manager to assist the Senior Project Manager in planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of company projects. The role provides day-to-day support to ensure activities are aligned with requirements and completed on schedule.

Key responsibilities include developing timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience in project management or coordination is an advantage.
• Willing to work under supervision of the Senior Project Manager.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prepare clear reports and documentation.
• Able to coordinate with local and foreign partners and stakeholders.
• Able to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
• Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Willing to travel locally and internationally as required.
• Must be willing and able to drive with a valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity or project management tools.
• Willing to work on-site and attend meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities from start to completion.
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and activity plans and monitor progress against deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, local and foreign partners, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in assigning workloads among team members to support efficient project implementation.
• Monitor progress and report delays, issues, risks, or concerns to the Senior Project Manager.
• Provide assistance in addressing project concerns and coordinating solutions.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting notes, and documentation.
• Maintain and organize project records, files, schedules, and important documents.
• Assist in meetings, site visits, and coordination with partners.
• Ensure communication and follow-up to complete assigned tasks and requirements.
• Assist in ensuring activities align with approved timelines and standards.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Senior Project Manager.
