This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with quality standards, and effective resource management across mechanical and electrical systems.

The ideal candidate is a licensed engineer with strong project management skills, capable of balancing technical expertise with strategic planning and reporting discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement streamlined processes, optimize resource use, and create clear process flows.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure mechanical and electrical outputs meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and resolve audit findings promptly.
• Resource & Cost Management: Maximize utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials while ensuring projects remain within budget.
• Strategic Planning & Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure timely project completion, and achieve cost savings through innovative strategies.
• Supply Chain Oversight: Manage warehouse inventory, logistics, and procurement of mechanical/electrical materials and services.
• Reporting: Deliver accurate, timely, and complete project reports for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
