Qualifications

• A graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam)
• At least 2 years work experience in the design & construction industry
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as but not limited to AutoCAD (2D&3D) and SketchUp
• With knowledge in quantity surveying, project supervision, costing, and reports
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem solving and decision-making skills
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Willing to be assigned in any project sites when the need arises

Responsibilities

• Generates architectural or engineering drawings using CAD, for building and modification of industrial construction projects.
• Prepares project manpower, materials, and work schedules.
• Prepares and analyzes project estimates.
• Conducts site visits and surveys.
• Prepares project documents and reports for client requirements.
• Assists in value management and cost control.
• Prepares project reports on progress with details on project schedule, manpower scheduling, and equipment schedule.
• Coordinates the collection of data and incorporates gathered information.
• Performs additional tasks that may be delegated.
