Hadley Designs is seeking a Junior Product Illustrator to turn the Chief Creative Officer's vision into finished, on-style product art. This role is a maker position—hands-on execution, producing artwork and completing sets in an established style for monthly product launches.

You will learn quickly, draw well, and carry concepts from handoff to production-ready artifacts in a remote, fast-moving environment with global reach.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of original illustration showing a cute, playful, kid-friendly sensibility.
• Ability to translate creative direction into finished production-ready art.
• Reliable to meet deadlines in a fast-moving, remote environment.
• Experience matching and extending an existing art style across sets.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator for native illustration work.

Responsibilities

• Create new artwork and complete sets in Hadley Designs' established style across product lines.
• Draw original elements like characters, motifs, patterns, and scenes to fit a kid-friendly aesthetic.
• Turn concepts into finished, production-ready product designs and hand off to production.
• Maintain style consistency and prepare print-ready files for listings.
