Job summary

You will inspect files for quality, perform color corrections, and coordinate with external vendors while mentoring junior staff on the shop floor. A focus on accuracy and multi-project deadline management is essential.

Qualifications

• 1. 1 to 3 years in print production, prepress, or package design.
• 2. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and specialized prepress tools.
• 3. Deep understanding of printing methods (offset, digital) and substrates.
• 4. Exceptional precision with measurements, fonts, links, and layer organization.
• 5. Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Build high-fidelity prototypes for client reviews, testing, and approvals.
• Inspect vectors and rasters for resolution, color profiles, and bleed.
• Color correction, proofing, and press-side approvals for brand consistency.
• Design and adjust die-lines for cartons, labels, and packaging.
• Conduct final audits of production files before release to manufacturers.
• Mentor junior production artists and troubleshoot technical issues on the floor.
