Job summary

Lendflow in Cebu City is seeking an on-site Junior Automation Developer to join the growing team. You will build, test, deploy, and maintain automated workflows using n8n, collaborating across departments to transform manual processes into scalable automation solutions.

As the ideal candidate, you have at least 1 year of experience with workflow automation platforms, solid knowledge of REST APIs and JSON data, and strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n preferred; Make or Zapier experience will also be considered)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, webhooks, and API authentication (OAuth and API keys)
• Experience working with JSON data structures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Build, test, deploy, and maintain automated workflows using n8n (cloud and self-hosted environments)
• Integrate third-party applications, databases, and internal systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data processing
• Troubleshoot automation issues, API failures, and workflow errors
• Implement error-handling processes and monitor workflow performance
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
• Document workflows, integrations, and automation procedures
