  • Able to Present Information in a Technical or Basic Report.
  • Basic Show Commands, Identify Issues & Verify Settings.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Network Stability & Alerts (NetOps-Corp-Ops Tickets).
  • Interaction with ISP: Open Tickets and Send Email Follow-Ups.
  • L1 Support: Port VLAN Move, Bounce of Port, Faulty Ports etc.

Job Summary: Junior Network Engineers are Responsible in Monitoring of Alert(s) as well as Handling Email Follow-Ups with Both ISP and Vendor Technical Support. The incumbent will be Assigned to Work on Low-Level Tasks, Short-Term Projects, and Handle Common NetOps-Corp Ticket(s) among others.

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

• Monitor Network Stability & Alerts (NetOps-Corp-Ops Tickets)

• Interaction with ISP: Open Tickets and Send Email Follow-Ups

• Interaction with Vendor: Open/Monitor Incident Tickets/Cases

• L1 Support: Port VLAN Move, Bounce of Port, Faulty Ports etc.

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

• Tech Support Experience is a Plus - Telco/ISP Background

• Good Technical Skills in LAN and WAN Troubleshooting

• Can Perform Basic Troubleshooting and Data Gathering

• Able to Present Information in a Technical or Basic Report

• Strong Verbal and Written English Communication Skills

• Basic Show Commands, Identify Issues & Verify Settings

• Basic Knowledge and Understanding of Cisco and Juniper
