Job summary

Technosoft Automotive | Yana Automotive Solution is seeking a Technical Consultant in Metro Manila to apply expertise in implementing solutions, configuring systems, and delivering training on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/AX.

You will work with clients on design, data migration, and integration with CRM/ERP workflows, travel locally and overseas, and contribute to technical specifications and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1–2 years IT industry experience, consulting/client-facing preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge in MS Dynamics CRM/AX and web development using .NET-based languages.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodology is a plus.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas.

Job description

A Technical Consultant brings specific expertise to technical solutions, instructions, and operations. Technical consultants should have the experience to work with clients to solve problems, create new products or services, and implement new technologies. To be a successful candidate for this role, you should be able to provide training on using products/services by answering questions about their features and functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Play a significant role in all aspects of solution implementation, such as design, configuration, development, deployment, installation, and operations support
• Deliver technical consultancy and develop custom solutions for clients
• Conduct technical discussions with clients
• Create technical specifications
• Design and integrate business processes, including data flows between CRM and other applications
• Plan and perform data migration into new systems
• Conduct training on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/AX
• Understand the capabilities and limitations of functionalities and custom development
• Provide technical support to clients
• Research and evaluate web-related technologies and products

Skills and Experience Required:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, majoring in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the IT industry in similar roles, with 1 years of consulting and client-facing experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in MS Dynamics CRM/AX and web-based development using .NET-based language
• Have knowledge of AGILE software development methodology will be an added advantage
• Good oral and written English communication skills
• Willing to travel locally and overseas
