Job summary

Kaertech Electronic Philippines, Incorporated is seeking a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer in Biñan, Laguna. You will create 3D models, 2D drawings, and prototypes for mechanical systems, and assist senior engineers with testing, troubleshooting, and design validation.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and are proficient with MS Office and 3D CAD (Creo a plus). You will collaborate with Electronics, Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to support BOM

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficient with MS applications and background on 3D CAD. Creo experience is an advantage.
• Collaborates with other teams such as Electronics Engineering, Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Generates Mechanical BOM for quotation and product development.
• Conducts First Article Inspection (FAI) and analyzes failed dimensions/assembly.
• Participates in general engineering brainstorming on the Mechanical discipline.
• Assertive, well-organized, result-oriented with good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Must stay updated with latest advancements in technology, design trends, and engineering best practices.
• Must have good writing, presentation and reporting skills.
