Proficiency in programming languages like Skill, Perl, or Shell for task automation is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Sr. layout engineers on layout development.
• Conduct layout development and verification of digital/analog blocks.
• Perform physical verifications and quality checks.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• As IC Layout Engineer in the team, you will work cooperatively with our Sr. layout engineers to contribute to layout development of digital standard cells and/or analog blocks. Specific responsibilities will depend on project phase and availability.Work with the Engineering Team to understand the requirements, design and architecture of digital standard cells and/or analog blocks/macros.
• Layout development and verification of digital standard cells and/or analog blocks/macros.
• Knowledgeable/Experienced in DRC, LVS, Antenna, EMIR, Extraction verifications and other Physical Verifications.
• Knowledgeable/Experienced in quality checks and layout design processes.
• Good knowledge of skill, perl and shell programming to be able to automate repeatable tasks for productivity improvements in layout is a plus!
