The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in surveying and mapping. Candidates should be proficient in GIS software such as QGIS, and possess basic skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills and dependability are essential. This position is based on-site in Nueva Ecija, Rizal.
Qualifications

Job description
Encode technical descriptions, identify errors, and apply basic corrections in plotting from titles or lot/subdivision plans.
Plot properties using AutoCAD/QGIS with accuracy and export files with proper attributes.
Generate technical maps such as lot plans, vicinity maps, and parcellary maps with the guidance of the Senior Land Technical Specialist.
Assist the Senior Land Technical Specialist in geodetic surveys (as instrument man).
Produce maps for direction map package and slope analysis package.
Prepare other types of technical maps as needed from the Land Technical Services Unit.
Qualifications
Must be a college graduate of any Bachelor of Science degree.
Preferably more than 2-year experience in geodetic surveying and mapping.
Basic skills in Microsoft Excel.
Basic skills in AutoCAD.
Basic knowledge of using survey equipment (e.g. theodolite, total station, RTK)
Intermediate skills in GIS software, especially QGIS and Google Earth.
