Job summary

WTA Architecture and Design Studio is seeking a Junior Interior Designer to develop creative interior concepts and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on innovative projects. You will produce design drawings and documentation, conduct research to understand project requirements and constraints, and develop innovative solutions integrating user needs, environmental considerations, and aesthetics.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or equivalent.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
Knowledge of layout design, color theory, lighting, materials, and custom furniture.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to develop interior design concepts.
Produce comprehensive design drawings and documentation.
Conduct research and analysis to understand project requirements and constraints.
Develop solutions integrating user needs, environment, and aesthetics.
Participate in project meetings and client presentations as needed.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate interior design with project requirements.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery.
