Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Junior Intelligent Automation Developer to design, build, test, and maintain automation solutions across the enterprise. You’ll work with RPA, AI agents, and workflow automation to drive operational efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to automate processes, develop AI-powered assistants, and continuously improve automation quality in a hybrid on-site/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE/IS/DS/SE; Fresh graduates may apply.
• Up to two years of internship, project-based, freelance, contractor, or professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of programming concepts and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using RPA and workflow platforms.
• Build digital workers, bots, and automated workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Support automation initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Shared Services.
• Test, debug, monitor, and optimize automation solutions.
• Develop AI-powered solutions using Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and other AI tech.
• Create prompts and evaluate new AI technologies for business use cases.
