Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking a junior graphic designer to support the multimedia team with graphic design tasks and 2D content. You will assist in layout, retouching, and revisions, and contribute to 3D renderings and stage layouts under guidance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior designers, cross-functional teams, and participation in brainstorming sessions to develop creative deliverables. Fresh graduates or those with up to 12 years of relevant experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of 3D rendering software (SketchUp, Blender, or equivalent) is an advantage but not required
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 12 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating graphic design works, including but not limited to:
• Layout, retouching, and revisions
• 2D artworks and social media content
• Simple 3D renderings, stage designs, or booth layouts (with guidance)
• Provide design support to the multimedia team for:
• Thematic visuals, bumpers, OBBs/CBBs
• Support event collateral design, including measurements and basic technical feasibility checks
• Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams on creative deliverables
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the Creative Strategy Department
• Maintain organized project files and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks
• Continuously develop design skills by learning tools, techniques, and creative approaches from mentors
