Joii Philippines Inc. is seeking a junior to mid-level Graphic Designer to create graphics for social media, campaigns, websites and presentations. You will develop visual concepts based on brand guidelines and collaborate with marketing to meet project objectives.

The role requires attention to typography, color and layout, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Fresh graduates welcome; proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is expected, with knowledge of InDesign,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign, Figma, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing design work is required.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
• Experience creating social media content.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, presentations, and marketing materials
• Develop visual concepts and design layouts based on creative briefs and brand guidelines
• Assist in creating and maintaining consistent brand visuals across different channels
• Resize and adapt creative assets for various platforms and formats
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and project objectives
• Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices
• Support senior designers and the creative team on larger projects when needed
