Job summary

nXscale is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to help build and improve client platforms, dashboards, and automation tools. You will work across frontend and backend with a focus on user-friendly experiences for HR, payroll, and operations teams.

You’ll develop, test, and document code, integrate APIs, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates with project experience are welcome to apply and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full-stack or web development experience or relevant projects.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML; familiarity with CSS.
• Understanding APIs, web app architecture, and relational DB basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve web applications and backend services.
• Build and enhance features across frontend and backend.
• Integrate third-party APIs and support workflow automation.
• Write clean, well-documented code following best practices.
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack.
• Support performance, reliability, and security of systems.
• Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and improve tools.
• Document technical specifications and system updates.
• Learn new technologies and adopt relevant practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
