Fresenius Medical Care is expanding its Global Business Services in the Philippines and seeks a Junior FP&A Analyst to join the centralized FP&A team in Manila. You will perform FP&A transactions and support the group with reporting and data analysis.

The role requires 1–3 years in FP&A or related fields, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, an accounting/finance degree, and the ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of FP&A or related experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities and finance process understanding.
• Proficient in MS Office; BI tools are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

Mansioni

• Prepare periodic reports for group purposes.
• Prepare management reports.
• Extract data for Financial Reporting.

Job Description:

Hybrid - Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

We are growing our Global Business Services in Philippines and therefore we are looking for finance professionals to join our newly established team as Junior FP&A Analyst, who will be a member of FP&A centralized team in our Global Manila Hub. You will be in charge of performing FP&A transactions as indicated below.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of periodic reports for group purposes
• Preparation of management reports
• Extract data for Financial Reporting
• Validate and control checks of submitted data
• Support the local country team in preparation of analytical tasks and ad-hoc data
• Participate in the implementation of new procedures
• Work to identify opportunities for automation or standardization
• Copy best practices from co-workers and share new methods identified
• Performance of tasks against agreed Service Levels and Metrics
• Maintenance of process documentation

Expectations

• 1 – 3 years of experience working on similar position in FP&A or any other relevant field, like reporting or accounting
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of BI tools an advantage
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• High analytical skills and strong understanding of finance business processes
• Knowledge of SAP and AFO (Analysis for Office) is an asset
• Ability to cooperate as part of larger team
