Cooee Inc. Career (Be one of us) in Iloilo seeks a junior drafter to support fire protection and MEPF design. You will draft fire detection and alarm layouts, prepare installation and shop drawings, and coordinate with architectural and mechanical drawings.

You will read plans, assist engineers, and help with tender drawings and project delivery. Fresh graduates up to 2 years' drafting experience with knowledge of AS 2118, AS 1670 and AS 2419 are welcome; strong attention to detail and teamwork

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates up to 2 years of drafting experience in fire protection, MEPF, or building services.
• Familiarity with Australian Standards (AS 2118, AS 1670, AS 2419) is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple drafting tasks
• Problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Familiarity with fire protection design practices.
• Experience with Revit or BIM modelling software.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD or similar technical drafting software
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and building services drawings.

Responsabilités

• Draft fire detection and alarm system layouts, including detectors, control panels, modules, and field devices.
• Prepare installation drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate fire system layouts with architectural, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
• Assist engineers and estimators with system layouts and design documentation.
• Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Support the preparation of drawings for tender submissions and project delivery.
• Maintain drawing registers and revision controls.
• Produce equipment schedules and material take-offs when required.
• Update and revise drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
