You will help ensure accurate cash allocations, process reconciliations, and support month-end close activities while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers. Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations, or junior accounting roles.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and reconcile customer payments across accounts and currencies.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve variances.
• Process refunds, adjustments, and account maintenance requests.
• Investigate payment disputes and chargebacks.
• Maintain direct debit authorities and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Provide accurate data entry and administrative support.
• Deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
