Job summary

Remedy Skintech, Inc. in the Philippines seeks two analytical, tech-forward Finance Managers to lead financial operations for Remedy Skintech Inc. or Healthspan Global Inc.

You will partner with clinic operators and the sales team to steer the business, optimize performance, and translate data into actionable insights that boost profitability and patient experiences. Innovation-driven finance teams require automation, AI, and real-time financial intelligence.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• 1 year of people management experience.
• Experience in Healthspan (B2B): distribution, commercial finance, or manufacturing; Remedy (B2C): clinical operations, retail, or healthcare.
• Proven experience in QuickBooks, Financial modeling, Philippine tax laws and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), AP/AR and multi-entity reconciliation, vendor and procurement management, and process documentation.
• Knowledge in AI utilization and workflow automation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Acts as financial business partner to the designated company, providing analysis that supports operational decision-making
• Manages entity-level FP&A, preparing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis against business plans
• Prepares the entity budget and forecast and recommends these to the Group Finance Manager for approval
• Supports Sales/clinic operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain with pricing model analysis and margin reviews
• Reviews financial results to identify drivers behind the data and reports findings to the Group Finance Manager and stakeholders
• Manages entity cash flow monitoring, working capital reporting, and supply chain financing requirements
• Implements AI and automation initiatives across AP/AR, reconciliations, and routine data entry
• Maintains and improves the entity's QuickBooks setup and related tools for real-time financial intelligence
• Recommends process improvements that reduce manual data entry and compilation within the accounting team
• Manages day-to-day accounting and cash flow monitoring of Remedy Skintech Inc. or Healthspan Global Inc.
• Prepares timely and accurate financial reports for review by the Group Finance Manager
• Ensures local compliance and prepares tax filings under Philippine tax laws and PFRS
• Manages local vendor relationships, supply chain financing, and procurement transactions
• Supervises, coaches, and develops the F&A team with training plans

We are seeking 2 (two) analytical, tech-forward Finance Managers to lead the financial operations and strategic accounting for our Philippine operating companies -either for Remedy Skintech Inc. or Healthspan Global Inc. This role is built for a proactive finance professional who wants to act as a true business partner to either our Clinic Operations (Remedy) or Sales Team (Healthspan).

We don’t just want someone to report the numbers—we need someone to tell us why. You will work closely with the Group Finance Manager and the clinic operators/sales to steer the business, optimize operational performance, and translate raw data into actionable insights that drive clinic profitability and exceptional patient experiences.

Innovation is at the core of our finance team. You must be comfortable with Artificial Intelligence and modern software tools, eager to build and implement automation. Your goal will be to systemize routine accounting tasks so that you and your team can focus on high-value Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) that moves the needle for the company.

What you'll be doing

• Acts as financial business partner to the designated company, providing analysis that supports operational decision-making

• Implements the AI and automation initiatives set by the Group Finance Manager across AP/AR, reconciliations, and routine data entry
• Maintains and improves the entity's Quickbooks setup and related tools to capture real-time accurate financial intelligence
• Recommends process improvements that reduce manual data entry and compilation within the accounting team
• Manages the day-to-day accounting and cash flow monitoring of either Remedy Skintech Inc. or Healthspan Global Inc.
• Prepares timely and accurate financial reports for the review of the Group Finance Manager to support business reviews and group consolidation
• Ensures local compliance and prepares tax filings under Philippine tax laws and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
• Manages local vendor relationships, supply chain financing, and procurement transactions to protect working capital
• Supervises, coaches, and develops the F&A team by identifying training needs and development plans
• Conducts performance evaluations and manages the day-to-day productivity of the F&A team
• Implements department policies, processes, and protocols, and recommends improvements
• Conducts on-site visits as required by operations
• Communicates all Management directives and department goals to team members

What we're looking for
