Job summary

XMC BPO Manila is seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to join our on-site team in Pasig. The role focuses on gathering and interpreting financial and operational data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights for management.

Responsibilitiesinclude assisting in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining financial databases to improve productivity. On-site work with a flexible shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• At least 3 months of related work experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analyst software.

Responsibilities

• Gather, interpret and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management review.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by consolidating data and building financial models.
• Maintain financial databases and develop automated accounting applications to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with departments to understand financial implications of activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
