Job summary

EESI Philippines is seeking a Junior Technical Engineer (Electrical) in Rosario, Cavite. You will design, maintain, and improve industrial facilities and systems, with emphasis on preventive maintenance and reliability.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical Engineering, a valid PRC license, and at least 1 year of relevant experience in facilities maintenance, design, and project coordination. Work schedule is Monday–Saturday.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (4-year program).
Must hold a valid PRC license.
At least 1 year of work experience in facilities such as preventive maintenance, designing, maintaining, and improving industrial systems.

Responsibilities

Design, maintain, implement, or improve industrial facilities, equipment and systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance and prepare reports and checklists.
Monitor preventive maintenance plans and develop measures to prevent recurrence of problems.
Prepare and check specifications for purchases of equipment, machines, and materials.
Coordinate with suppliers, engineers, and other stakeholders on engineering products or projects.
Inspect projects such as buildings and machines to monitor progress.
Troubleshoot and maintain good working condition of equipment and materials used in projects.
Improve function and reliability of facility systems by studying performance results and recommending changes or expansions.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards, procedures, and legal codes.
Ensure availability of spare parts and proper condition of equipment in coordination with staff.
Report project updates and other activities to superiors.
Perform other related functions as assigned
