Job summary

Arch Insurance International, part of Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc., is expanding its Chief Data Office initiatives. The role focuses on Master Data Management for Party, Risk and Reference data, resolving queries, and driving cleansing sprints to improve data quality.

You will partner with GSO and Onshore teams to ensure accurate, trusted master data. Candidates should have 2–5 years in MDM or data operations, strong data profiling skills, and experience with ticketing tools like

Qualifications

Hands-on MDM or data operations experience (2–5 years), ideally in customer/party and reference data domains.
Data profiling and analysis skills; comfortable with Excel/SQL basics; able to read a data model and pinpoint root causes.
Experience with ticketing (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira) and documenting repeatable fixes.
Clear, concise communicator who can explain data issues to both business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Front‑door for MDM queries: triage, investigate, resolve with GSO and Onshore teams, own cases end-to-end with stakeholder comms.
Data cleansing projects: plan and run targeted cleansing sprints for Party, Risk, and Reference domains, track progress and outcomes.
Operate Stibo STEP: execute stewardship workflows, match/merge, golden-record maintenance, and reference-data governance.
Data quality monitoring: review dashboards/scorecards, spot patterns, and raise prevention actions.
Release & change support: validate data model or rule changes in lower environments; support UAT and cutover tasks.
