Join us! This Junior Data Analyst role is a great fit for recent graduates who are eager to take on challenges and grow quickly. This will be under Market Intelligence MarketPro Annuity Team.The Market Intelligence MarketPro Annuity product line is a consortium-based product where the data operations team is responsible for ingesting, curating, and reporting US asset managers and insurance carrier investment vehicle sales distribution and position information. The MarketPro Annuity product line is uniquely positioned in the retail wealth and asset management space to provide insightful analytics to aid clients in identifying opportunities for sales team deployment and new investment product development.Responsibilities:Receive client submitted transactional and mapping dataConduct data assessments using Microsoft Excel to check for submission completion to ensure that data meets product requirementsProcess and ingest client submissions using proprietary tools and modify data by standardizing and transforming to improve relational integrity between tables in our databaseConduct quality assessments using SQL to identify issues that would require client confirmation or resubmissionGenerate report using templates/standard configuration.Meet independent objectives and reporting statusCommunicate and collaborate with US counterparts to coordinate and raise awareness on issues in data and toolsCreate and/or update documentation to reflect current client observations and issue resolutionsQualifications:Bachelor's degree – preferably in finance, economics, computer information systems or other business/data related fieldProficient understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointAbility to learn new data and technology conceptsAbility to work well as part of a teamAbility to adapt to performing various and changing tasks throughout the work dayAbility to independently manage timeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with any of the following would be a plus:Atlassian JIRA and Confluence software experienceKnowledge of asset management and financial services industryFamiliarity with relational databases and SQLWork Location & Schedule:Amenable working at Makati City on a permanent mid shift schedule (3pm – 12am, Manila Time)Amenable to go on a 2-month full onsite training prior to transitioning to hybrid working arrangement.Hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days' work onsite per week)#LI-MP1#ENTRYLEVEL#MINWhat You Can Expect from UsOur people are the moving force behind our work.
