Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Oversees the generation and distribution of ballots and manages special meeting requirements.
  • Transmits vote instructions to local sub custodians or registries.
  • Maintains strong relationships with local custodian banks.
  • Monitors data processes and ensures data quality using proprietary and business software.
  • Supports training documentation and systems development.
  • Processes vote instructions and completes necessary paperwork.
  • Assists account managers with client inquiries.
  • Coordinates with sub custodians on vote instructions and maintains contact information.
  • Manages daily tasks using the GPD Manager application.
  • Reviews automated reports for process audits.
  • Contributes to process efficiency and improvement.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
About You:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Knowledge in investment analysis, financial research, or business-related areas.
  • Basic analytical skills and financial understanding.
  • Understanding of corporate governance and capital markets.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team environment.
  • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week, with potential shift changes.
  • Flexibility to work morning or night shifts.
