Job summary

Mayzon Group in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support daily data operations. The role is full-time and offers growth opportunities within the Data team.

You will work on PO-related data tasks, reporting, and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with 95% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with the MR's for all issues on all Accounts handled.
• Creates Domestic Worksheet / template for buyer's PO creation reference.
• Analyzes the buyer's PO vs the Final PO Spreadsheet and checking of DRI infos.
• Create list of PO discrepancy found in PO checking.
• Create vendor's final copy with DRI infos.
• Ordering of tickets from Fineline and Maxims.
• Monitors the PO discrepancy until it is solved.
• Handles the updating of Monthly Grid, Units n Dollars and Core Body after receiving new PO.
• Handles the updating of Weekly Reports for any new PO's recvd for the week – Booked Report and Open Order Report.
• Creates Sales History Check.
