Job summary

AEC Digital Services in the Philippines is seeking a Junior 12d Applications Engineer to help users optimize 12d Model for Civil Engineering Design and Surveying software. You will assist with training, troubleshooting and communication to ensure a smooth user experience.

The role emphasizes technical support, training material development and collaboration with our Australia team to resolve issues and improve learning resources.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Interest in software and engineering applications.
• Willingness to learn new software concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with teams in the Philippines and Australia.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
• Familiarity with 12d Model is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to 12d Model users and explain features.
• Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot; document issues.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining training materials.
• Conduct software training sessions and workshops.
• Review and update training content for accuracy.
• Support training platforms and related resources.
• Coordinate with the Australian team on support and training tasks.
• Gather user feedback to improve processes and materials.
