Goodyear is seeking an Indirect Procurement Associate in the Philippines to support day-to-day procurement activities, including requisitions, PO creation, supplier sourcing, and data maintenance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve purchasing issues and ensure policy compliance.

You'll contribute to sourcing initiatives, monitor order status, and help drive cost efficiency.

Summary of the Role

The role is responsible for supporting day-to-day indirect procurement activities, including processing purchase requisitions, sourcing suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and service level agreements. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve purchasing issues, monitor order status, and maintain accurate procurement data and vendor information. Additionally, you will contribute to sourcing activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help deliver efficient, cost-effective procurement services across the business.

What You Will Do

• You will process purchase requisitions, create purchase orders, and manage purchasing requests in line with established policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
• You will conduct sourcing activities, evaluate supplier quotations, and secure competitive pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• You will monitor and expedite purchase orders, resolve order and invoice issues, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• You will maintain accurate supplier, catalog, and procurement system data to support efficient purchasing operations.
• You will support supplier compliance initiatives and identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and operational efficiency.
• You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance the effectiveness and automation of procurement activities.

What We’re Looking for

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related business/technical field; qualified undergraduate candidates may also be considered.

You have customer service experience and the ability to accurately understand, process, and respond to customer requests; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

You have effective English communication skills and, where required, proficiency in the local language of supported countries.

You are able to follow established procedures, analyze information, solve problems, and manage priorities effectively.

You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

You ideally have procurement shared services experience and are willing to work flexible schedules when required.
