A leading financial institution in Metro Manila is seeking a Junior Ambassador. The role involves advocating digital banking products, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring transaction accuracy. Candidates must be graduates of a 4-year course, digitally competent, and have strong communication skills.
Job Description
1. Digital Engagement
Advocates the UBOnline App, The Portal, SME Business Banking App and Digital Transaction Portal.
Executes maximum utilization of online banking, self-service machines and other digital channels during customer interactions and events.
2. Customer Engagement
Delivers excellent customer service at every customer interaction.
Properly addresses all customer feedback and concerns within standard turnaround time to maintain a positive over-all banking experience.
3. Customer Experience
Projects the image of a professional and efficient bank through one's smart physical appearance and courteous, efficient, competent, problem-free, timely and personalized servicing of client's transactions.
Keeps him/herself thoroughly familiar with the bank's existing and new products and services.
Explores and takes advantage of every opportunity to Cross sells banks products by informing clients and answering their inquiries, assisting in elevating other queries if necessary to ascertain client expectations and needed information is replied with.
Endorses prospective clients to RMs for client calls .
4. Operations Efficiency and Service Quality
Ensures that all transactions are processed, recorded accurately and balanced as compared with the totals and reports generated in the banks system and required reports are accomplished accurately and submitted within the specified deadlines.
Discloses inconsistency in transactions and cash handling including observations in the workplace to immediate supervisor that may affect banks day to day operations and is not in compliance with the banks policies and procedures and code of conduct
During contingencies, the Junior Ambassador is expected to participate and to perform function needed in the implementation of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) as a reliver/ alternate when needed.
Complies with the bank operations and security procedures by participating in joint custody and dual functions and managing client traffic in queue
Maintains customer confidence and protects its records by keeping it confidential RA 1405
Monitors compliance with the KPI’s set for the job
Adheres to contributing to meet branch opex target
Performs other duties related to his functions which may be required of him / her, as necessary.
5. Platform Functions
Assists the Sales Service Officer/Ambassador in processing accounts by assisting clients in filling up necessary information to comply with the documentary deficiencies and requirements needed to complete the bank documents.
Ensures that bank fees and charges are accurately charged and booked
Ensures that transactions are accurately processed and called back by comparing data handed over by the client as compared with the bank’s records before processing and transaction reversals are properly documented and approved
Ensures that reports are accurate and an approval is sought for the reporting of Abstracts of Collections (including BIR and Phil health), with required supporting documents for sending to appropriate unit within the cut off period.
Ensures proper upkeep of assigned work area and equipment and reports necessary items that needs attention to the branch officers for necessary action and elevation.
Acts as alternate of branch officers for Vault combinations and key custodians.
Observes prompt attendance requirements at work all the time.
Performs other duties that maybe required of him / her.

Qualifications
Graduate of a 4-year course
Digitally competent
Adept in both written and oral communication
Passed Functional Assessment Interview
