A financial institution in Cagayan Valley is seeking a bank teller to handle various customer transactions, promote digital initiatives, and enhance customer experience. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and have cash-handling experience along with excellent communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to support customer engagement in a thriving digital banking environment.
Advocates and ensures utilization of convergent banking, self-service machines, and other digital channels. Promotes and supports the digital initiatives of the bank. Responsible for deposit account servicing (deposits, withdrawals, encashments, checkbook reorders, inquiries, etc.) and other platform functions, processing of payments, receipts, and other monetary transactions, among others. Creates a positive customer experience worthy of customer patronage and endorses prospective clients for the bank.
