Qualifications

• Foundational experience or training in software engineering, backend development, or AI/ML-related development
• Basic experience with Python for backend or AI-related development
• Basic experience with Java for backend or enterprise applications
• Foundational understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and version control using Git
• Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts, including LLMs or prompt engineering, is a plus
• Ability to follow technical direction, ask questions, and learn from feedback
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team members
• Strong learning mindset, adaptability, and sense of ownership

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain assigned backend services and APIs using Java and Python
• Support the implementation and integration of AI or machine learning features
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code based on team standards
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation activities
• Assist in data processing, analysis, and AI model integration tasks
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and complete assigned tasks
• Follow best practices in security, performance, and reliability under guidance
• Continuously improve technical skills and stay updated on relevant technologies
