Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the Philippine Bar.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Handle research, drafting, and day-to-day work on litigation, corporate, and advisory matters.
• Draft pleadings, legal opinions, contracts, and client status reports.
• Appear at hearings and attend client meetings and consultations.
