Job summary

Staff Domain Inc is seeking an Architectural Designer/BD to join our team onsite with flexible work-from-home options. You will develop architectural concepts and translate them into Revit drawings under Architect mentoring, ensuring compliance with planning regulations and codes.

Key duties include coordinating projects, liaising with councils, and leading documentation for DA, CC, and CDC. Strong collaboration and willingness to learn in a dynamic setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of NSW planning regulations (training provided).
• Proficiency in Revit and Enscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural concept designs that align with project objectives and client expectations.
• Lead project coordination, documentation, and liaise with councils.
• Guide and oversee architectural drawings and documentation for DA, CC, and CDC, ensuring compliance while mentoring junior staff.
• Work with consultants to ensure compliance with planning regulations and site constraints.
• Ensure compliance with NSW planning laws and building codes. Collaborate with the construction team to maintain design intent.
• Develop architectural concept designs (by Architect) into architectural drawings in Revit.
• Provide architectural documentation for DA, CC, and CDC, ensuring compliance with mentoring by Architect.
• Use Escape when drawing Revit Model.
