Job summary

WTA is seeking a Junior Architect to support the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects in a dynamic, design-driven environment in the Philippines.

You will assist Senior Architects with drawings, 3D models, site analyses, and presentation materials, while ensuring compliance with local codes and studio standards. This role offers mentorship and opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• 0–3 years of professional experience in an architectural studio.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Revit is a strong advantage.
• Strong design sensibility and visual communication skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and grow professionally.
• Open to working extended hours when required by project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Architects in design, planning, and execution of architectural projects.
• Support preparation of drawings, 3D models, diagrams, and presentation materials.
• Produce detailed technical drawings and assist in design documentation.
• Review and revise designs based on internal or client feedback.
• Participate and contribute to design reviews and quality assurance processes.
• Conduct research and site/context analysis to inform design decisions.
• Gather data and precedents to support project development.
• Work closely with Senior Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Suppliers.
• Participate in internal and client meetings and assist with presentation materials.
• Help ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and studio standards.
• Assist in site visits, surveys, and inspections as required.
• Provide support in documentation reviews, redlines, and follow-ups.
• Support the team in various administrative and coordination tasks.
