Job summary

WTA is seeking a Junior Architect to assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects in a dynamic, design-driven environment. You will work with Senior Architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to develop drawings, 3D models, and presentations, while ensuring adherence to codes and studio standards.

Ideal candidates hold a architecture degree, have 0–3 years of professional experience, and are proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• 0–3 years of professional experience in an architectural studio.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Revit is a strong advantage.
• Strong design sensibility and visual communication skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Architects in design, planning, and execution of architectural projects.

• Produce detailed technical drawings and assist in design documentation.
• Review and revise designs based on internal or client feedback.
• Participate and contribute to design reviews and quality assurance processes.
• Conduct research and site/context analysis to inform design decisions.
• Gather data and precedents to support project development.
• Work closely with Senior Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Suppliers.
• Participate in internal and client meetings and assist with presentation materials.
• Help ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and studio standards.
• Assist in site visits, surveys, and inspections as required.
• Provide support in documentation reviews, redlines, and follow-ups.
• Support the team in various administrative and coordination tasks.
