Responsibilities

• Prepares plans and documents for schematic, design development, and contract documents phases.
• Reviews and monitors submittals from design consultants, contractors, and other parties for the project.
• Attends meetings with the owner/owner's representatives.
• Works on high-end residential, commercial, recreational, and industrial developments.
• Has knowledge and experience in project management.
