Job summary

Rafeli Realty Development Corporation seeks an Assist Architect to support on-site and office tasks, creating construction drawings from 3D models and reference files, and developing detailed 3D models per project requirements.

You will render concepts to high realism, oversee design progress with detailed docs, and assist in Specification Sheets while coordinating with architects and consultants. Occasional site travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• Previous experience in architectural design is preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites (Manila, Makati, Pasay, Antipolo).
• Strong ability to maintain an organized workflow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, Lumion and SketchUp.
• Revit and Rhino proficiency is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed construction drawings based on 3D models and reference files.
• Develop detailed 3D models according to project requirements.
• Render and visualize models and concepts to a high degree of realism.
• Oversee design progress through detailed documentation and instructions.
• Assist in producing Specification Sheets with Senior Architect.
• Perform as-built measurements and coordinate with Architect and consultants.
• Relay site instructions from Senior Management to consultants.
• Manage all essential documents related to the design process.
• Draft plans related to design, site instructions, shop drawings, and estimates.
