Job summary

CMG Construction Services in the Philippines seeks a junior architect to assist in developing architectural concepts, plans, elevations, and detailed drawings for projects in Metro Manila.

You will use AutoCAD and SketchUp to create 2D/3D drawings, support senior architects in design development and project documentation, and participate in design reviews while coordinating with contractors and consultants. Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; licensure/board eligibility is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Lumion/Enscape or Photoshop a plus.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience welcomed.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural concepts, plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Support senior architects in design development and project documentation.
• Assist with site visits, measurements, inspections, and coordination with contractors.
• Prepare presentation materials, drawings, schedules, and other project documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, suppliers, and project teams as required.
• Help ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into drawings and documents.
• Maintain organized project files and drawing revisions.
