Job description:
Manage the flow of internal construction documentation and documents from external parties (e.g., contractors).
Responsible for document control, archiving, and maintenance for the project.
Receive, scan, file, and monitor both physical and digital records.
Coordinate and communicate with the project team regarding document issues and concerns.
Ensure the proper and organized storage of all documents handled.
Proficient in using AutoCAD.
Perform additional administrative tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Architecture
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and AutoCAD.
1-2 years of experience in construction documentation is a plus.
