Job summary

GSTS Interior Works Co. is seeking a Junior Architect to assist the design and project management team from concept through construction. Open to fresh graduates or those with at least 1 year of experience, the role emphasizes detail-orientation and a proactive learning approach in a fast-paced environment.

You will support architectural and interior design tasks, coordinate with consultants, and contribute to drawings, test-fit layouts, and design presentations in a collaborative office-setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Exposure to design, construction, and project coordination is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of Enscape, Revit, or Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and work across both design and construction-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Develop test-fit layouts based on client requirements and space programs.
• Support design development and revisions based on reviews and client feedback.
• Prepare design presentations and basic visual materials.
• Coordinate drawings with MEPFS and specialist consultants.
• Assist in project coordination, site visits, documentation, and quality control.
• Support preparation of shop drawings, as-built drawings, quantity take-offs, and basic cost estimates.

Work Arrangement

• Reports to the office six (6) days a week
