Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Junior Aluminium Draftsman / BIM Modeler to join our team. You will prepare CAD shop drawings for façade systems and assist with Revit BIM modeling, contributing to project coordination.

This role requires 2–5 years of drafting or BIM experience, strong AutoCAD and Revit skills, and familiarity with aluminium façade systems. You will collaborate with engineers and senior drafters while updating drawings and supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• Two to five years’ drafting or BIM experience.
• Strong AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit skills.
• Basic understanding of aluminium façade systems.
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a global team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation tasks.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Schüco façade systems.
• Familiarity with Technal aluminium systems.
• Knowledge of Reynaers façade systems.
• Exposure to custom façade detailing projects.
• Experience using LogiKal by Orga-Data.
• Familiarity with SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape.
• Basic knowledge of 3ds Max workflows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CAD shop drawings for façade and aluminium systems.
• Assist with Revit BIM modeling and project coordination.
• Produce layout drawings, sections, and elevations.
• Update drawing revisions and consultant markups accurately.
• Support BOQ extraction and material quantity documentation.
• Collaborate with senior drafters and engineering teams.
• Assist in rendering production and presentation visuals.
• Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.
