Job summary

Stratpoint Technologies Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Product Manager to steer strategy and delivery across the product lifecycle, with a focus on AI solutions and LLMs.

You will work with engineering and stakeholders to translate market needs into features, emphasizing UI/UX and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or software/AI delivery.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in Agile/Waterfall project management.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, and coordinating timelines.
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Asana, JIRA, Trello, Smartsheet, Draw.io, Figma or FigJam.
• Ability to organize complex ideas into structured documents and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product feature lifecycle from conception through launch and post-launch iteration, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and business objectives.
• Define KPIs and metrics to assess product performance, regularly monitoring and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Oversee the successful delivery of product solutions, ensuring they meet defined requirements, quality standards, and are launched effectively to market.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering Team to translate product requirements into technical specifications, facilitate development, and ensure timely and high-quality implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather requirements, communicate product updates, and ensure alignment across the organization.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, understand user needs, and inform product roadmap decisions, particularly concerning Large Language Models (LLMs) and other areas of Artificial Intelligence.
• Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic importance, ensuring a clear and actionable roadmap for development.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap effectively to all internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.
