Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks for the Philippine office.
  • Visiting Government Offices
  • Processing of Renewals
  • Office Clean Up
  • Pantry and Stationary Replenishment
  • Procurement of office equipment
  • Assist with budget setting and tracking.
  • Handle onboarding tasks.
  • Manage lodgements and maintain accurate records.
  • Save and organize documents.
  • Provide onsite assistance as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
  • Organize and Plan Team Activity

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Familiarity with Karbon software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to come to the office when required.
