Job summary

UpSkill MNL, Inc. is seeking an detail-oriented accounting support to organize and file historical records, retrieve documents from archives, and assist in reconciling customer accounts.

This role will also scan, digitize, and index accounting files while supporting filing accuracy and timely completion of tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome; BS Accountancy or related business course graduates are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related business course.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in accounting documentation or bookkeeping is an advantage.
• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work under deadlines.
• Willing to be hired on a project-based or fixed-term employment arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Organize, sort, and file historical accounting documents.
• Retrieve accounting documents from archives and storage.
• Prepare and reconcile Statements of Account.
• Assist in reconciling customer account balances.
• Pull out and compile supporting accounting documents as requested.
• Scan and digitize accounting records.
• Maintain proper document filing and indexing.
• Assist in clearing outstanding reconciliation items.
• Support accounting projects and special assignments.
• Perform other administrative accounting duties assigned.
