Job Description
Job Purpose: Support in providing accounting-related tasks to clients that are primarily associated with preparing financial records including but not limited to analyzing accounting data, documenting financial transactions, and generating client reports for outsourced services and technical advisory.
Education, Certification, and Years of Experience Required:
- b. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in BS Accountancy
- c. Preferably CPA or related certifications, but not required
- d. At least 2–6 years in Accounting & Finance, preferably in an Outsourcing/Accounting firm
- e. Offshore accounting (US) experience is an advantage
- f. Amenable to on-site work when necessary
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Provide advice related to accounting, taxation, and treasury services
- Understand and create complex formulas and perform reconciliations in Excel
- Utilize MS Office applications to deliver tasks effectively
- Certified in Xero and/or QuickBooks; advise on cloud accounting systems
- Communicate orally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders
- Assess and resolve issues with strong technical background and soft skills

Job Description / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience
- CPA not required but viewed positively
- Strong general ledger and reconciliation skills
- Attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines
- Proven capability to prepare reports with minimal supervision
- Ability to work independently and in teams; openness to questions for accuracy
- Experience in shared service, captive or third-party environments
- Willingness to handle multiple clients from varied industries
