Job summary

KEPCO Ilijan Corporation seeks an Accountant to manage transactions in SAP and our Platinum system, perform bank reconciliations, and assist in monthly reporting to Head Office.

The role requires a BS Accountancy, CPA preferred, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work on-site at our Makati Head Office. Fresh graduates are welcome; 12-month fixed term with annual benefits accompanies this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BS Accountancy; CPA preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Encode transactions in Accounting System (SAP & Platinum).
• Bank reconciliation; prepare journal entries; assist in reporting to Head Office.
• Monitor bank transactions, deposit/withdrawal, passbook updates, and cash balance; prepare weekly and month-end reports.
• Monitor Time Deposit and investment management.
• Petty cash custodian; check preparation, disbursements and releasing.
• Receive payments and issue official receipts; prepare schedules and documentation for audits.
• Scan and file vouchers; assist during internal and external audits.
• Willing to work on-site at Makati Head Office.
