Strata Staff in the Philippines is seeking a Junior Accountant to provide accounting and administrative support by processing financial transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day activities. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip new hires with the knowledge to support client operations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data accuracy, and teamwork, with duties spanning invoice processing, levy administration, supplier records, and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related accounting/business field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or on-the-job training in accounting or finance is an advantage.
• Previous experience in accounting or data entry is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and financial documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process funds on behalf (FOB) transactions and owner reimbursements.
• Process strata levy transactions and maintain levy records.
• Create and update supplier records and process work orders.
• Enter and maintain accurate financial information in company systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of accounting processes.
