Job summary

Laura's Food Products Corporation in Pasig is seeking an on-site full-time accounting assistant. You will daily encode and print Sales invoices, validate AR entries, and support inventory posting and invoice filing.

Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Finance or Accountancy, 1 year of related experience (or willingness to start). Strong written and oral communication, MS Excel proficiency; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Finance or Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field or position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good in written and oral communication skills, proficient in MS Excel and attentive to details.

Responsibilities

• Daily encoding and printing of Sales invoices.
• Checking and validation of AR invoice
• AR posting through segregations of sales invoices that are for countering and submitted to inventory specialist for validation.
• Filling of invoices properly.
